How Do I Protect My Child From Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
What’s most important during this time to keep your child healthy is to make sure they are kept quarantined unless they have an essential need such as going to the doctor’s office or having an emergency dentist appointment. Avoid taking them to public places such as the grocery store as these areas can give your family a higher chance of exposure to the virus.
Make sure to:
- Have your child wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water throughout the day
- Have a mask for your child
- Have them stay 6 feet away from others
- Avoid large gatherings
- Try to avoid touching mouth, face, and eyes
